Pastor Kenny Grant provides a powerful message from Genesis 39, reminding us that God often uses testing to produce testimony.

Through the life of Joseph, we were shown that seasons of testing are never wasted. Even when life feels unfair, delayed, or painful, God is still at work — shaping character, strengthening faith, and preparing us for what lies ahead.

Pastor Grant walked us through several kinds of testing that believers may face: prosperity, purity, persecution, and patience.

Each one reveals something deeper.
Each one exposes what is in us.
And each one becomes an opportunity for God to form something stronger, truer, and more steadfast in our lives.

Joseph’s story reminds us that faithfulness is not proven only in ease, but in pressure. It is often in the hidden places, the difficult moments, and the long waits that God is writing the testimony we will one day carry.

What the enemy may intend as discouragement, God can use for preparation.

This message was both timely and deeply encouraging — a reminder that the tests we face today may be the very things God uses to reveal His faithfulness tomorrow.
